The same thing happened on another film I was making with Jacques Baratier. We were filming... Wasn't it Goha?

[Q] The Doll.

The Doll, yes. The Doll. And one day... So he had rented a community hall in Saint-Denis or somewhere around there, I don't remember exactly where. It was a big set where we we would sometimes build trinkets of the set, in cardboard. But you couldn't touch it, because since there wasn't any money, everything was wobbly, you couldn't even walk past too quickly in case the whole thing started shaking. So and... We were filming in there, and one morning, we were supposed to film the dictator's daughter's bedroom. So I get there, and since I always arrive early, as opposed to the last time we met when I arrived an hour late. So I get there, and there was nothing, the furniture was the only thing that had been set up. So I ask, 'Aren't you going to put any walls?' He says, 'But didn't you read the script?' I say, 'Why? What's in the script?' I look at the script and it was written: The bedroom of... I don't remember the girl's name; is a light cube. He had only planned a bed and all that was left to do was the light cube. So it was the subject of a long discussion to explain to him I that I couldn't do a light cube.

On tournait...
